It is a very bad idea to put someone on sale (who's worth some cash)
Ive tried this with a girl who was worth around 100.000, when i got to 10.000, everybody began to buy her and made her gain more money and value in a few minutes than she made in months.
The thing is there is ppl who stalk the "on sale" in the pet shop.
and when a person is repeatedly put on sale they begin to buy. ESPECIALLY

Coke it's certainly possible, if the loss is trivial enough. Putting a cheap pet on sale might get someone to notice your shop too which is a good thing.

As coke said - it can be a good way of selling pets that aren't moving but would normally be in demand. Often only one click of the for sale button and a few seconds later you have your cash. It can make your pet a bit upset though if they think their value is important - best to put on sale as a last resort.

I wouldn't recommend that course of action. Not only would it destroy your cash reserves, it wouldn't have the desired effect for very long anyway.

As you've pointed out, the person's value will raise again, and they'll end up with more money.

As a result, they can then enter a value-raising agreement (as mentioned in a recent post) and possibly get their value even higher than it was to begin with.
